8:30 : Tour guide pick up at Hoi An Coco River Resort & Spa .
Go to the Noi Rang market with our guide by traditional boat. We will have the chance to see and experience the noise as well as directly contact to sellers. In addition to this, we will show the ingredients for using in our lesson.
Boat travelled along the Hoai River. On the way, you can take beautiful photos of the river & fishermen.
9:15: Transfer from the local market to our Resort by traditional boat . Enjoy some welcome drink and take a rest at our Bamboo restaurant.
10:00: We join cooking class with the local chef within 2 hours. For dishes our chef will teach you how to cook some Vietnamese food and share how to cook valuable knowledge in cuisine culture. After the lesson, enjoy what you have cooked and have lunch in our restaurant.
12:00: Finish class/ End tour.
