1. Hotel Cancellation/ amendments
Cancellation:
Cancellation which is related to booking directly with the hotel has to be made through corresponding email ID: booking@cocoriverhotel.com or CALL directly to +84813169339, otherwise no cancellation will be entertained.

Customers must notify Hoi An Coco River Resort & Spa if there are changes before 03 days you check in.

Any cancellation submitted after the cancellation due date, ONE night will be charged.

Refund:
The refund will be made through your credit card. Additionally, although Hoi An Coco River Resort & Spa will instruct the bank to handle the crediting process immediately upon notification of cancellation, it could take from 12-15 days for the actual crediting to take place, depending on your Bank’s practice.
Check-in and Check-out:
+ Check-in time is from 02:00 PM and check-out time is at 12:00 noon
Early check-in policy:
- Check-in before 07:00 AM or earlier: We will keep the room for you in advance 01 day by that, the surcharge is 100%.
- Check-in from 07:00 – 10:00 AM. We apply for surcharge 50% as one day room rate (This option depend on the availability on the date check-in)
- Check in from 10:00 - before 01:00 PM, we will consider applying free of charge. (This option depend on the availability on the date check-in)
Late check-out policy:
+ Check-out until 05:00 PM – 50% of one night room rate
+ Check-out after 05:00 PM – 100% of one night room rate
Rates are inclusive of:

Complimentary Breakfast (07:00 AM to 10.00 AM everyday).

Free Welcome drink when check-in.

Complimentary tea, coffee, 1 bottle of mineral water in room daily/1 person.

Free usage of Wi-fi internet in-room and public area.
Children and extra beds
All children are welcome.
Children under 06 years old :
- Sharing bed with parent or using baby cot (for Children under 06 years old) . Free of charge.
Children from 06 to under 12 years old:
- Sharing bed with parents. Extra 150.000 VND/night
Children from 12 years old and above is considered as an adult. Extra bed is required at surcharge of VND 450.000/pax/night, including breakfast.
Maximum 01 extra bed per room (Depends on the room you select)
Baby cot is available upon request and free of charge. Maximum 01 cot per room.
